Ideal for operations looking for a semi-automatic or even fully automated solution, the Case Sealer and Label Solution supports top and bottom sealing and precise label application in a single workflow.

Fitted with perpetual drive belts on either side of conveyor, formed and filled boxes and cases are propelled along, allowing the top and bottom sealing mechanism to operate without interference from any drive mechanism. The side drives are fully width adjustable, as is the top seal mechanism providing full flexibility for differing case sizes.

Once sealed, the case progresses on the conveyor and the integrated proximity sensor detects the correct moment to apply the label. Either single (side only or front only) or dual action (side and front) labels can be applied by a single machine.
