GS1 Three Side Pallet Printer Applicator

The NEXUS 20 Pallet 3 offers three-sided pallet labelling compliant with GS1, printing and applying SSCC labels in a compact and modular design.

With optional onboard barcode validation and verification through Cobalt Sentinel, the NEXUS 20 Pallet 3 offers customers the flexibility of three-sided labelling for internal management of logistics and warehouse management.

The applicator prints and applies SSCC A5 Pallet labels to 1, 2 or 3 sides of a pallet without the need to rotate the pallet on a turntable. As well as the flexibility the applicator offers, the system guarantees 100% validation and receipting, with all labels being validated for application and correct data content.

Following application, the pallet is then receipted into stock automatically. From an operational point of view, the applicator is totally automated, secure and offers an excellent ROI for manufacturers.
