GS1 Compliant Linear Case Applicator

Equipped with Sentinel to verify barcode quality and validate label data in real-time (model dependent), the Nexus 20 Linear provides accurate case labelling.

The NEXUS 20 Linear can apply labels to cases at speeds of up to 80 cases-per-minute, delivering high-speed, accurate, GS1-compliant labelling. With no contact between the machine and the product, both are protected. The Nexus 20 Linear meets and exceeds most requirements. This system is also suitable for pack labelling if required.

Case label application compliant with GS1

Compliant with GS1 standards, the precise and secure application can apply labels to the side of shrink-wrapped packs, cases and pallets. The NEXUS 20 Linear features an on-board print manager which allows for offline use with a local database.

Perfect for case and pack labelling, applying one label to cases and shelf ready packaging.
