High-Speed Wipe-On Printer Applicator

The NEXUS E-Contact runs independent “print” and “apply” stages, synchronising the processes when needed to provide maximal speed and efficiency. The innovative high-speed, wipe-on printer applicator can apply labels to the side, top, bottom, or front of packs, storing excess labels if necessary to deal with peaks in production.

Features

High speed wipe-on application achieved by separating print and application control. Printer feeds label accumulator and applicator feeds from accumulator allowing to continue between label application resulting in higher speed from one head. Note – Batch only.
Encoder Control automatically synchronises label dispense speed with product speed including ramp up and down.
Print manager on board as a wheel in stand-alone solution. Label designs and database on board negates the need for external PC’s/HMI’s.
Integrated colour touchscreen control delivers a simplified control for operators.
