Located at our head office in Crewe, we have a specialised repair centre dedicated to maintaining Zebra, Datamax and Sato print engines. As authorised partners, we have exclusive access to parts, training and technical support which enables our engineers to deliver an exceptional service.

Our repair centre offers various options including breakdowns, warranty work and upgrades. If the repair requires an onsite visit, we have field engineers who can visit your site and provide a solution to a fault.

Our way of working ensures you will be updated right through any maintenance or repair resolution, so you can plan accordingly.

Print Engine Repairs

Send in your printer or print engine for diagnosis and repair, preventative maintenance check-up, inspection, update or refurbishment and we’ll provide you with a quote.

Repairs can include:

  • Replacement of worn, broken and missing components
  • Cleaning and inspection
  • Thorough testing of communication and applicator ports.
  • Adjustment and calibration according to your label and ribbon specifications.

A report will be provided on completion giving all testing and inspection results. Our priority is to minimise any disruption so you can expect a responsive and well-communicated service.

Zebra Print Engine Repairs

We maintain and repair Zebra print engines, including the ZE500.

As a partner and Zebra Advanced Printer Repair Specialist, we have exclusive access to parts, training and technical support which enables our engineers to deliver an exceptional service.

***Please note – as of 28 July 2022, the ZE500 print engine will no longer be available to order, with a final shipping date of 28th September 2022. Support and spare parts will continue to be available for the ZE500 until 28th September 2027.
