Our Technical Services

Our technical services division offers both proactive and reactive maintenance across our entire range of machines. Our three-year proactive service pack not only offers peace of mind but also exceptional value with annual healthchecks and maintenance in years one and three, and a full machine overhaul in year two. The plan also includes replacement of ALL print heads for the duration of the service pack.

We also offer reactive maintenance and repairs of our machines not covered by a service pack and as an accredited Zebra partner are able to refurbish and/or repair Zebra print engines, even if they were not supplied by us in the first instance.

On-site Service & Maintenance

We understand how important your uptime and OEE is. Our service team can offer a range of maintenance options tailored to your production demands. Service packages can vary from our essential pack to a bespoke premium package, all of which are designed to maximise the lifecycle of your machine.

OEM Print Engine Repairs

Located at our head office in Cheshire, UK, we have a specialised print engine repair centre dedicated to maintaining and repairing Zebra, Datamax and Sato print engines. As authorised partners, we have exclusive access to parts, training and technical support to deliver an exceptional service.

Zebra Print Engines

We are an accredited Zebra Partner and can supply ZE511 and ZE521 Print Engines.

The Zebra ZE500 is no longer in production as of September 2022, so talk to us about an upgrade path.
